Coffee – Chocolate – Shake with Whipped Cream

• 100 g whipped cream
• 600 ml milk
• 200 g ice cream, (chocolate ice cream)
• 8 tablespoon liqueur, (coffee liqueur)
• Chocolate flakes and expresso powder to decorate

Instructions

1. Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Put the milk with the chocolate ice cream in the mug of the blender. Add the coffee liqueur and mix everything up.
2. Fill the coffee shake into 4 tall glasses and pour cream on each. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chocolate curls and some espresso powder.
