Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt and 100 g sugar. Add the butter in flakes and knead everything into a dough. Add 1 egg and quickly knead everything into a smooth dough. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, so it is easier to work with later and does not stick.
  2. Dissolve the soluble coffee in 1 tablespoon of water.
  3. Divide the cooled dough into 5 portions and place them in 5 greased tartlet molds. Spread on the floor and pull up the edge. Prick several times with a fork. Refrigerate.
