Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pck.pudding powder (vanilla, guarantor from Dr. Oetker)
  • 20 g coffee powder for filterin
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. First add the coffee powder and the pinch of sugar to the pudding powder.
  2. Bring the milk to the boil and remove it from the hotplate. Then stir in the coffee pudding powder while stirring with a whisk and continue to stir vigorously for about 1 minute. Let the cream pudding stand for 3 minutes, then stir vigorously again and let stand.
  3. The next step is timing. Heat the sugar in a pan until it starts to melt. As soon as it is lightly caramelized, immediately add the desiccated coconut. Remove the pan from the hob and stir the grater so that it doesn`t stick together.
  4. As soon as the pudding has cooled down a bit, spread the caramelized desiccated coconut on top. Chill until ready to serve.
