Ingredients- 1 cup coffee, boiled, strong (approx. 200 - 250 ml content)
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), including the pulp
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cocoa powder, instant (drinking chocolate)

- 1 tablespoon, heaped whipped cream
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled chocolate flakes
- 20 ml Metaxa or other brandy to taste, warmed

- Put the vanilla pulp and the drinking chocolate in a cup and mix. Now fill up with hot, strong coffee. Add the heated Metaxa and sweeten with sugar to taste. Add a dollop of whipped cream and finally serve garnished with chocolate flakes.
