Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone, cut about half of it into small cubes and set aside. Peel the banana, cut into pieces and finely puree together with buttermilk, vanilla sugar and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Pour the banana milk into two deep plates or dessert bowls, add the mango pieces and enjoy.
  3. The cold bowl tastes best when the bananas are cold too. So you can put them in the fridge beforehand.
  4. The cold bowl is also tasty with (peeled) peaches and apricots.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
