Ingredients

  • 750 g berries, fresh (raspberries, black currants, blackberries etc.)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ buttermilk
  • 1 cup thick milk (cream thick milk)
  • 0.5 ½ cup syrup, (raspberry syrup)

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries, drain them.
  2. Scatter the sugar and vanilla sugar over it and let it steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Puree half of the berries, mix with the remaining berries, buttermilk and thick cream milk.
  4. Finally add the raspberry syrup and stir again.
  5. Place a few whole fruits on top and serve.
