Instructions

  1. Put the ground coffee (decaffeinated is also possible) and the water in a sufficiently large container and stir well. Let everything stand at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 7-12 hours. Then pass the liquid through a coffee filter.
  2. Put the cold coffee with the milk and the caramel syrup in a tall glass. If you like, you can add ice cubes, although I prefer it without it.
  3. Tips:
  4. With the amount of coffee and the brewing time, you can try out how you like it best. I prefer a brewing time of 8 hours.
  5. The cold brew is very mild, round and easier on the stomach than normal brewed coffee, as the acid dissolves more from the beans when it is hot.
  6. You can also make more straight away and store the supply in the refrigerator for about 2 days, but only mix with milk and syrup before consumption.
  7. Approx. 90 Kcal. per serving.
