Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and take about 1/2 l of water for a large cup and cut 2-3 cm of ginger root into slices. Let the water boil and pour hot water over the ginger and lemon juice. The cup should be covered with a lid or saucer to prevent the essential oils from escaping. The infusion is left to stand for about 10 minutes and then the honey is added. Fresh beekeeper honey from the region in which you live is best.
  2. This power drink helps very well if you have a cold, as the ginger stimulates the circulation and the body starts to sweat. Like honey, lemon has many vitamins, including vitamin C and many more.
  3. The drink is suitable for children from 4-5 years and adults. If you have problems in the cold season and freeze quickly, you can warm up very well.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
