Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 250 g yourt, 0.1 or 1.5% fat
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 handful blueberries or raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. You need a glass with a screw cap.
  2. The evening before, pour all the ingredients into the glass and shake well. Use more or less milk as needed.
  3. Store the gruel in the refrigerator overnight and serve chilled the next morning and sprinkled with desiccated coconut, chocolate sprinkles or amarettini.
