Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 60 ml water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Peel the shallots and cut into small pieces.
  2. Liquefy the tomato paste with water. Add shallots and stir in. Add anchovy paste and mustard and stir well. Season with pepper, salt, the herb mixture and paprika and season to taste. Press garlic and stir in. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning. Finally, season with Tabasco depending on the degree of spiciness you want. Let it steep overnight.
