- 250 g strawberries
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 leaves basil

- Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk. Set aside about half of the strawberries (smaller fruits).
- Puree the remaining berries together with the buttermilk, sugar and basil leaves in a small blender.
- Put the strawberry soup in a plate and add the strawberries that have been put back as whole fruits.
- Satisfies and refreshes.
