Ingredients

  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 5 slices ham, cooked
  • 1 bowl cress

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, baking powder, eggs, salt and sugar and spread it on a prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C - 200 ° C for approx. 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Peel the red onions and cut into very small pieces. Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and the onion cubes and spread on the baked dough. Peel the cucumber. Cut into small cubes with the radishes, the peeled eggs and the boiled ham. Drain the corn. Spread the cucumber cubes, the radish cubes, the egg cubes and the boiled ham cubes mixed with the corn on the cream cheese. Scatter cress over it. Cut into pieces of any size and serve.
