Ingredients

  • g 1,000 white cabbae, finely rated
  • 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 3 teaspoons mustard, hotter
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper with the Miracel Whip. Pour over the white cabbage and let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 day, stirring occasionally. Season to taste in between to see if a little salt and pepper have to be added. For the eye, a little carrot can also be rasped in.
