Ingredients

  • 2 kg white cabbage
  • 1 cup oil
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vinegar
  • 0.75 ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 bottles sparkling mineral water
  • some pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the white cabbage and place in a bowl. Mix a brew of oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and pour over the raw cabbage. Mix everything well. Pour the 2 bottles of mineral water over it. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and let everything steep for at least 24 hours until you eat it (48 hours make the salad even better).
  2. Drain the stock before serving.
