Ingredients

  • 1 head white cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon salt, for draining
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely slice the white cabbage, mix with two tablespoons of salt and knead well. Let rest for about 1/2 hour.
  2. Puree the onion with the magic wand. Prepare a marinade with the remaining ingredients. It should taste a little sweet. Fold in the onion.
  3. Now squeeze off the water from the sliced white cabbage and add to the marinade. Mix well. Pour over the cabbage again and let it steep.
