Ingredients

  • 750 g white cabbae
  • 125 g Kat ham, diced
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 50 ml oil (wild garlic oil)
  • 50 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Pepper, white or black, from the mill
  • cream

Instructions

  1. Quarter the white cabbage, remove the stalk, finely chop the cabbage and knead with the salt.
  2. Fry the ham, then dice the onion and sauté. Set aside to cool.
  3. Add the oil, vinegar, sugar and ham and onion mixture to the cabbage and mix. Add pepper from the mill and cream to taste and let it steep at room temperature.
