  • 1 kg white cabbage
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the ribs of the cabbage, finely slice Finely grate the carrots. Finely chop the onions. Finely chop the garlic. Put everything in a large bowl. Mix with salt, sugar, vinegar and oil.
