Ingredients
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 2 large carrots
- 1 large onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- vinegar
- oil

- Remove the ribs of the cabbage, finely slice Finely grate the carrots. Finely chop the onions. Finely chop the garlic. Put everything in a large bowl. Mix with salt, sugar, vinegar and oil.
