Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head white cabbage
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 large cucumber (s)
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 dash oil
- salt and pepper

- The cucumber and cabbage are cut into small pieces with a knife or a slicer (7 mm insert). The onion can be roughly diced with the same insert. Then vinegar, oil, salt and pepper are added and everything is stirred well. Mix in again 2 hours later and season to taste. The salad is very rich in vitamins, very tasty and, above all, very quickly prepared.
