Ingredients

  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 40 g mararine
  • 250 g sausae (coarse sausae)
  • 1 ¼ liter meat broth, hot (if necessary from cubes)
  • 1 glass potato (s), (500g) or equivalent amount fresh
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 1 bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the onions. Heat the margarine in a saucepan, brown the onions in it for three minutes while stirring. Cut the sausage into two centimeter cubes and fry with the onions for five minutes. Pour meat stock and let the soup boil for about 10 minutes. Dice the drained potatoes and add. Heat the whole thing for five minutes and then season with salt and pepper. Then serve the finished soup with washed, chopped parsley.
