Ingredients

  • 300 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • 1 vegetable onion (s) (approx. 00 g)
  • 150 g bell pepper (s)
  • 150 g corn
  • 1 packet herbs (8-herb mixture), frozen
  • 40 ml vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil, cold-pressed
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. First dice the cheese finely (I had the cheese cut into slightly thicker slices at the cheese counter). Cut the vegetable onion into fine strips (I also cut them into small cubes), then add to the cheese. Core the peppers and also finely dice and add. Drain the corn and add.
  2. Then make a dressing from the rapeseed oil, herb vinegar, herb salt, sugar, white pepper and herbs, pour over the whole thing and mix well. The best thing is to let something go.
