Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 200 g butter or mararine
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Knead all the dough ingredients and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, wrapped in foil.
- Roll out the dough on the work surface lightly dusted with flour. And cut out different figures. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put the dough you don`t need back in the fridge while the first biscuits are baking.
- Let the biscuits cool on a wire rack and decorate as desired. Baking time 10min. With electric stove: 200 degrees gas level 3 both preheated.
- The recipe makes about 50 biscuits.
