Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 200 g butter or mararine
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Knead all the dough ingredients and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, wrapped in foil.
  2. Roll out the dough on the work surface lightly dusted with flour. And cut out different figures. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put the dough you don`t need back in the fridge while the first biscuits are baking.
  3. Let the biscuits cool on a wire rack and decorate as desired. Baking time 10min. With electric stove: 200 degrees gas level 3 both preheated.
  4. The recipe makes about 50 biscuits.
