Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 150 g reen beans, frozen
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • possibly chili powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces, chop the onions. Heat the saucepan with oil, sauté the onions until translucent. Add the potatoes and approx. 400 ml of water, mix with the tomato paste and cook for approx. 15 minutes. If necessary, add more water, at the end it must have a creamy consistency.
  2. In the meantime, cut the peppers into small pieces. Then add the green beans and peppers to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally add the corn and kidney beans and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, paprika, possibly chilli or cayenne pepper.
