For the dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the diced bell pepper, diced tomatoes, diced cucumber and corn.
  2. Whisk sugar, mustard, balsamic vinegar and oil together, season with salt and pepper. Stir the dressing into the vegetables.
  3. Finally fold in the cheese cubes.
