Ingredients
- 500 g flour, 550
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 ml milk, lukewarm
- 60 g butter, liquid
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon onion (s) (fried onions)
- 4 teaspoon curry, (Madras)
- 3 tablespoon herbs, mixed fresh or frozen
- Condensed milk, for brushing

- Knead all ingredients up to and including the egg to form a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rise for approx. 60 minutes at room temperature.
- Third the amount of dough and knead a different flavor ingredient into each third. Roll out these thirds into 50 cm long strands and braid them into a braid, folding the ends downwards. Let rise for another 30 minutes and then bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20-25 minutes (don`t forget a bowl of water). Remove and brush with condensed milk. (do not put back in the oven)
