Ingredients

  • 150 g peas frozen, cooked
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 3 onion (s), diced
  • 3 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 500 g meat sausae
  • 100 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g plain yohurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Eighth eggs, halve cucumber and sausage lengthways and cut into slices. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix together the mayonnaise and yoghurt and season with the spices. Mix all ingredients and let them steep.
  2. If you like, you can add a little brandy to the dressing.
