Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles (spiral noodles)
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 small can maize (drained weight 40 g)
  • 50 g ham, cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ butter
  • 50 ml vegetable stock (instant)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the package, drain and drain.
  2. In the meantime, wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthways and cut into thin slices. Wash tomatoes, cut in half, core and cut into wedges. Drain the corn. Halve the ham and cut into strips.
  3. Heat the fat in a large pan. Fry the zucchini in it for 2 minutes. Add the pasta, corn and tomatoes. Steam everything for 2 minutes while stirring. Pour in the stock, stir in the ham and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold in the creme fraiche and chopped parsley. Serve hot!
