Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package description.
  2. Cut the onions, ham, peppers and carrots into cubes. Sweat the onions and fry the ham and vegetables briefly.
  3. When everything is a bit seared, add the stock and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Then add the crème fraîche and the pasta and mix in some cream if necessary.
