- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 200 g cooked ham
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- cream
- 250 g pasta
- 1 onion (s)

- Cook the pasta according to the package description.
- Cut the onions, ham, peppers and carrots into cubes. Sweat the onions and fry the ham and vegetables briefly.
- When everything is a bit seared, add the stock and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Then add the crème fraîche and the pasta and mix in some cream if necessary.
