Colorful Pasta Salad with Tuna

Ingredients

• 2 pickled cucumber (s)
• 1 tomato (s)
• 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
• 1 onion (s)
• 1 apple
• 8 tablespoon corn, canned
• 1 can tuna, in its own juice
• 2 cup noodles, cooked
• 1 small Tin / s olives
• 1 small Can (s) mushrooms
• 8 teaspoons mayonnaise, (20% fat)
• 2 tablespoon cucumber liquid
• salt
• pepper
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• some dill
• some parsley, chopped
• some chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

1. Dice the pickles, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and apples.
2. Mix with the corn, tuna, chopped olives, mushrooms and cooked pasta.
3. Dressing:
4. Mix the cucumber liquid with the mayonnaise. Add parsley, chives and dill. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
5. Mix everything together.
