- 3 bell pepper (s), (1 each red, green and yellow)
- 1 small Can corn
- 3 tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
For the dressing:
- vinegar
- salt and pepper
- water
- sugar
- oil

- Chop the bell pepper, cucumber and tomatoes and place in a salad bowl, add the corn and make a sweet and sour marinade from water, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar and pour over the salad just before serving.
- Tip: You can refine the salad with sheep`s cheese.
