Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 80 g rocket or 2 small zucchini
  • 100 g tomato peppers, roasted from the lass
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 400 g potato noodles from the refrierated shelf
  • 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into fine strips, clean the rocket, wash, spin-dry and roughly shred. Drain the tomato peppers and cut into strips.
  2. Heat the oil with the butter. Fry the potato noodles and onions in it over medium heat until golden brown. Add the garlic and fry briefly. Mix in the rocket and pepper strips and heat briefly. Season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. If there is no rocket at the moment or if it is too expensive, the dish can also be made with 2 zucchini instead. Simply cut the zucchini into sticks and sauté with the onions and potato noodles. Tastes wonderful too.
