Ingredients

  • 800 g potato (s), waxy
  • 500 g beans, reen (e.. frozen princess beans)
  • 8 sausages (Viennese sausages)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon herbal salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes like jacket potatoes. Cook the green beans (works great with frozen beans in the microwave according to the instructions on the packet). Cut the wiener sausages into sticks (quarter lengthways and crossways) and fry them deliciously in the butter. Add the cooked beans and fry them briefly.
  2. Finely dice the onions. Prepare a marinade with vinegar, oil, mustard and spices. If this mixture is too intense / hot for you, you can add a little water to soften it.
  3. Drain, peel and slice the potatoes. Pour into the marinade and stir well. Add the beans and sausages from the pan, stir again.
  4. Serve lukewarm.
