Ingredients

  • 500 g pumpkin meat, cut into cubes
  • 300 g potato (s), cut into cubes
  • 100 g leek, cut into small pieces
  • 200 g apples, cut into small pieces
  • 200 g tomato (s), finely chopped
  • 150 g cheese (e.. mountain cheese), rated
  • 400 g meat
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • ginger, freshly grated
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Blanch the pumpkin and potatoes for 5 minutes, sauté the chopped leek and apples in olive oil.
  2. Mix the ground meat, pumpkin, potatoes, leek, apples and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, grated nutmeg and freshly grated ginger and pour into an ovenproof dish.
  3. Whisk the milk, cream and eggs with a little salt and pour over the vegetables.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 170 ° C, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the portions on the table with fine chives rolls, looks and tastes great.
