Ingredients

  • 4 small Bunch radishes
  • 3 apples (e.g. Braeburn, Elster or Rubinette)
  • 16 walnuts, (halves)
  • 1 bunch rocket salad
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic cream
  • 2 tablespoon oil, walnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ready-mix for salad dressing (garden herbs)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar, or a little liquid sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice or lemon juice (possibly water)
  • 2 tablespoon chives, chopped fresh or fresh garden cress

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the radishes and clean the radishes well.
  2. Rinse the apples briefly and rub dry.
  3. Chop the apple and radish into small pieces (you may also want to grate radishes, you can also grate half an apple, then cut the rest into small pieces and place in the bowl.
  4. Cut some arugula leaves into small pieces and add them to the salad.
  5. Vinaigrette stir from balsamic cream, oil, Salatfix, pepper, salt, sugar / sweetener and apple juice / lemon juice. Then pour over the salad and mix well.
  6. Chop the walnut halves and sprinkle over the salad.

  8. A dollop of creamy, stirred natural yoghurt, grainy cream cheese (also known as cottage cheese) or herbal quark is also very good as a dip that is served separately!
