Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 ½ cup rice
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 2 cups Cremefine or whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable stock, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly garlic
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

  1. First you put the rice on and boil it in salt water. Set this on the highest level until it simmers and then set it on the lowest level until the water has boiled off and the rice is cooked through (approx. 15 - 20 min.).
  2. It is best to leave the lid on the pot and stir it once in between with a fork so that it loosens and does not stick to the bottom. If you like, you can certainly use boiled rice, but unfortunately I haven`t tried that myself.
  3. At the same time, you now sear the mince until it is well done. Then add the 2 cups of cream or Cremefine, the broth, the tomato paste and salt and pepper. It should be noted that you need a little less stocking powder and salt if the mince is already seasoned.
  4. Once it has boiled briefly, you can add the corn and the diced paprika. When the rice is ready, it goes into the pan and is stirred in.
