Ingredients
- 2 lettuce heart (s)
- 1 carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 200 g tomato (s), small
- 2 poultry sausages
- 1 can corn
- 1 handful cashew nuts, unsalted
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light
- 1 tablespoon salad herbs (fine salad)
- 5 tablespoon water

- Wash the lettuce hearts and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the carrot. Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Cut the sausages as well.
- Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, including the corn and nuts.
- For the dressing, first put the salad, then the oil, balsamic vinegar and finally the water in a shaker and shake well.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
