Ingredients

  • 2 lettuce heart (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 200 g tomato (s), small
  • 2 poultry sausages
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 handful cashew nuts, unsalted
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light
  • 1 tablespoon salad herbs (fine salad)
  • 5 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce hearts and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the carrot. Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Cut the sausages as well.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, including the corn and nuts.
  3. For the dressing, first put the salad, then the oil, balsamic vinegar and finally the water in a shaker and shake well.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
