Colorful Salad with Strips Of Chicken Breast

Instructions

Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips, wash and distribute on plates. Clean the pepper and cut into strips. Wash and cut the tomato into eighths. Peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Also distribute everything in portions on the iceberg lettuce. Now peel and grate the carrots and add them to the salad.
Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips, sear them and finally season with the spice mixture for chicken. At the same time, peel and halve the onion. Cut into rings and sauté in the pan until brown.
Then spread the chicken breast strips on the salad plates and put the steamed onion rings on top. Now drizzle the whole thing with a little vinegar and oil.
Baguette with herb butter tastes very good with it.
Note: Depending on the size of the individual ingredients, the recipe is also sufficient for 3 people.
