- 2 lettuce heart (s)

- 0.33 cucumber (s)
For the dressing: (Caesar dressing)
- 8 tablespoon yeast flakes
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pickle (s)
- salt
Also: (for the tempeh bacon)
- 200 g tempeh
- 5 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper

- Cut the ingredients for the salad into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and add several tablespoons of water until the dressing has the desired consistency. Pour over the salad and mix well.
- Crumble the tempeh in the food processor or cut into small cubes with a knife. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the tempeh until crispy.
- In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and only mix with the tempeh at the very end and let them caramelize briefly in the pan.
- Divide the salad between 2 bowls and pour the tempeh bacon on top while still warm.
