Ingredients

  • 125 g rocket
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 small Can (s) beans, white
  • 12 cherry tomato (s)
  • Parmesan, grated
  • chilli salt
  • pepper

For the marinade:

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried
  • 4 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 3 tablespoon walnut oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the rocket and basil leaves, remove the stalks and roughly chop. Drain the corn and white beans. Halve the tomatoes. Put everything in a bowl and season with chilli salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk together vinegar, water, sugar and dried oregano and stir in the oil. Pour over the salad and let it steep for 10 minutes. Before serving, season again to taste and top with grated parmesan.
  3. A quick salad for dinner or for the barbecue party.
