  • 400 g beef oulash
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 500 ml meat stock
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 500 g beans, (French beans)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), whole, peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Savory

Instructions

  1. First peel and dice the onion and potatoes, wash the green beans and cut off the ends and dice the peppers as well. If the pieces of goulash are quite large, cut them a little smaller if necessary.
  2. Now fry the goulash all over vigorously in a deep pan. Then add the onion cubes and sauté until translucent. Deglaze the onion and meat mixture with the meat stock, season with salt, pepper, savory and paprika powder and simmer for about 30 minutes. Now add the potato and pepper cubes as well as the beans and simmer for another 20 minutes. Now dice the peeled tomatoes and add them together with the juice. Bring everything to the boil and season again to taste.
  3. Serve with fresh baguette.
