Ingredients
- 1 apple, red, sweet
- 2 strawberries
- 6 grapes, green, pitted
- 1 dash milk, low in fat
- 1 small Glass orange juice, 00%, without added sweeteners

- Wash the fruits, ideally you should use organic products.
- Halve the apple, remove the core, peel and chop with 1 strawberry in a blender. Put the mixture in a glass.
- Then carefully pour in the orange juice until the glass is about three quarters full. The orange juice should settle at the bottom so that it pushes the apple and strawberry mix upwards.
- Mix the grapes with the milk until the mixture becomes a little frothy. Carefully pour the mix into the glass until it is full. Place the second strawberry on the edge of the glass for decoration.
- Maybe you can freshen up this drink with a splash of lime juice.
