Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (spaehetti or spaetzle)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 125 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 200 g cream, sweet, liquid
  • pepper
  • Grease for the tin
  • 250 g tomato (s) (cherry tomatoes)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean and wash the leek and cut into thick rings. Add the leek to the pasta three minutes before the end of the cooking time; then drain.
  2. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix the eggs with the cheese and cream and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and spread on a greased tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
