Ingredients

  • 200 g rice
  • 200 ml tomato juice
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 leek
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 paprika powder
  • 200 g corn
  • 100 g suar snap peas
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chives

Instructions

  1. Bring the rice with the tomato juice and vegetable stock to a boil in a saucepan and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the leek into thick rings, divide the broccoli into florets and fry in a hot pan. Cut the bell pepper into strips, add with the remaining vegetables and fry. Fold the cooked tomato rice into the vegetables, season with pepper and chives and serve.
