  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped butter
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped flour
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 200 g Gouda

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and cut the potatoes and vegetables, then cook until al dente and lightly salt.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare a roux from the butter and flour and add the cream and milk. Add all the spices and the finely chopped parsley and season to taste. Dice the ham. Spread the vegetables in the baking dish and add the ham. Pour the sauce over it. Finally sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake everything at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until the cheese has the desired brown color.
