Ingredients

  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 200 g beans, reen, fresh (e.. reen beans)
  • 1 large leek stick (s)
  • 200 g carrot (s)
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 250 g kohlrabi
  • 200 g potato (s)
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 juniper berries
  • 3 black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 100 g poultry sausae (turkey sausae)

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets. If necessary, peel the threads off the beans. Wash the leeks, carrots and zucchini. Then cut the leek into rings and dice the carrots and zucchini. Then peel the kohlrabi and potatoes and also cut them into cubes.
  2. Bring the broth to the boil together with the spices and add the vegetables and potatoes. Let cook for about 30 minutes. Dice the turkey sausage and add. Season with the spices again and garnish with parsley.
