Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb`s lettuce (Rapunzel)
  • 3 orange (s)
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 100 g nuts, mixed
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 10 g vanilla suar
  • Herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the rapunzel salad. Fillet the oranges. Core the pomegranate.
  2. Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil and mustard with 1 - 2 tablespoons of drinking water to the desired consistency and refine with lemon juice, vanilla sugar, herbal salt and pepper depending on your taste.
  3. Put the rapunzel, orange fillets, pomegranate seeds and nuts one after the other in 2 - 3 layers in a salad bowl and add the dressing.
  4. Serve with fresh ciabatta.
