Ingredients
- 500 g lamb`s lettuce (Rapunzel)
- 3 orange (s)
- 1 pomegranate
- 100 g nuts, mixed
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 10 g vanilla suar
- Herbal salt
- pepper

- Clean the rapunzel salad. Fillet the oranges. Core the pomegranate.
- Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil and mustard with 1 - 2 tablespoons of drinking water to the desired consistency and refine with lemon juice, vanilla sugar, herbal salt and pepper depending on your taste.
- Put the rapunzel, orange fillets, pomegranate seeds and nuts one after the other in 2 - 3 layers in a salad bowl and add the dressing.
- Serve with fresh ciabatta.
