Ingredients
- 1 sachet ready mix for salad (aromatic garden herbs)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 jar wax beans, 360 g drained weight
- 2 pointed peppers, red
- 1 small zucchini
- chives

- For the dressing:
- Mix the Knorr Salatkrönung with oil, water and sugar. Wait a moment for the sugar to dissolve and grate the onion finely with the dressing.
- Drain the beans, cut the spring onion into fine rings and grate or cut the paprika as desired. Grate the zucchini into fine strips or cut into small cubes. Pour everything into the dressing and stir, if necessary refine with fresh chives.
- The salad can be served immediately.
