- 0.5 stick ½ leek
- 1 apple
- 4 tablespoon corn
- 3 slices pineapple, (without sugar)
- 1 slice / s ham, cooked, without fat
- 1 egg (s), cooked
- 125 g yourt, low-fat
- 4 teaspoons mayonnaise, 20%
- 2 tablespoon lemon (s)

- Chop the vegetables, fruit, ham and egg into small pieces. Gradually layer in a bowl. Season the sauce made from yogurt, majo, lemon and spices such as salt / pepper, possibly sweetener, and pour over the salad.
