Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and hazelnuts or almonds together. Peel the apple and grate it finely, pour freshly squeezed orange juice over it so that the apple does not turn so brown. Cut the dried plums very finely and divide them well. Mix everything together with the egg, preferably with a wooden spoon, not with the food processor.
  2. When the dough is tough, use two spoons to place heaps on parchment paper and form flat cookies (3 cm in diameter). Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, bake the biscuits for about 20 minutes, they should be golden brown and not too soft.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
